Nutrition Counseling
With nutrition counseling, each person’s current health status, diet, and lifestyle is analyzed and assessed, including pertinent blood work. Physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing are all taken into account. Education and resources are provided to help each person understand how their current diet and lifestyle may be contributing to their health issues, and what changes need to happen. Then a step-by-step plan to transition to a healthier path is created; including eating a more whole-foods-plant-based diet, getting adequate exercise, and staying grounded and peaceful. For fertility patients the goal is to optimize one’s overall health, and in doing so create a more favorable environment for conception to occur.

Before the first visit
Patients will need to fill out paperwork via our online scheduling system, including a 1-week diet log, and other pertinent health information. Some bloodwork done ahead of time, especially A1C, and a Cholesterol & Lipids panel is helpful, and can be done via the labs tab on our website.
